The Grit Fit Mobility program will help you to move better before you even try and pick up a weight. No matter your age or athletic ability, strength training is the key to building a strong, solid foundation for optimal function of your body. The Grit Fit Strength Training program utilizes many compound strength training exercises that will optimize function, body composition, and overall health. COMPONENT 5 - CONDITIONING
To maximize your fitness and time in the gym, we use conditioning exercises to elevate your heart rate and cardiorespiratory system to continue to see you shed unwanted body fat and build endurance. When strength and conditioning are combined together, the results are simply amazing.
